Baylor Mass Email System Migration
We’re in the process of transitioning mass email support from Baylor’s legacy BUCMS to our new mass email system, Emma, in advance of the retirement of the BUCMS mass email system at the end of September 2024.
The process for provisioning a new Emma account takes several weeks, so we ask that you provide us a 3-4 week notice before you need to send your next mass email. You can contact your web consultant or emma_support@baylor.edu when you’re ready to provision Emma mass email capabilities. The digital marketing team will guide you through the process, providing training and support for your team’s mass email needs.
If you don’t need to send mass emails in the future, there’s no further action you need to take.
