Advanced Event Management Tools
The Drupal event content type features additional fields for styling and promotion.
On the Create Event page, notice two tabs, Basic Options and Advanced Options. Documentation for Basic Options is located on the Adding an Event page.

The optional Introduction field is used to introduce an event and is displayed between the event title and body. - Hero Media (optional)

Used to provide information about the hero image.
- Poster Image URL
Use when Hero Media is a video and Hero Text Placement is set to "Overlay." This is usually an image of the first frame of your video. - Hero Text Placement (optional)

When Hero Text Placement is set to Overlay, specify the text color. - Information URL (optional)
If the event has information that is included on another website or page, specify the link here. As an example, a link to the Baylor Homecoming website might be included here. - Event Location (optional)
Use the event location fields to specify the location name and address for the event.
- Location URL (optional)
If an event has a remote component (like a Zoom call), you can include a link to the event in these fields.
