Getting to your BUCMS Forms

The BUCMS Forms is located in our Legacy CMS. cms.baylor.edu

Logging In

Need an account? 

Please notify your Web Consultant and they will work with you to create an account.

Don't need an account!

Head on over to the BUCMS and log in.

Forms Section

Use the navigation on the left and click on Online Forms. This will take you to a list of forms for your department.

Records Section

Once you have selected a form, you will be provided tabulated navigation for that form/program.

From the tabulated navigation select "Orders". Click on "View" to view your records.

Download Records

Navigate to the Download tab and follow the directions.
